From the first consultation to the final fitting, each design is approached collaboratively, allowing every garment to reflect the individuality of the person wearing it.

Inquiry
Share your vision, inspiration, event details, budget, and design requirements with us through WhatsApp or our inquiry form.
Whether you have a clear idea in mind or absolutely no idea where to begin, we are here to guide you through the process.
Sometimes all you know is that you have an event and want to feel confident and beautifully dressed. From there, we help bring the vision to life together.

Consultation
Meet with our team for a private design consultation to discuss:
• Styling direction
• Silhouettes
• Fabrics and detailing
• Timelines and overall vision
Consultations can take place in-store or online for clients who are unable to visit us in person.
Our goal is to create a collaborative and comfortable experience that feels personal to you.

Measurements
If your consultation is in-store, measurements will be taken during your appointment.
For online consultations, our team will guide you through the measurement process remotely and provide instructions on how to accurately take your measurements*.
Please note that the overall fit of the garment relies heavily on the measurements provided. For remote orders, Artisan Haus will proceed based on the measurements submitted by the client, and fit-related inaccuracies resulting from incorrect measurements will remain the responsibility of the client.

Design & Development
Once the consultation process is complete, your garment enters the design and development stage.
• During this phase, your concept is carefully developed through a collaborative creative process involving:
• Design refinement
• Fabric sourcing
• Construction planning
• Handcrafted detailing
We will continue to keep you updated throughout the process as your piece comes to life.

Fittings & Completion
Depending on the complexity of the garment, approximately 1–3 fittings may be conducted to ensure the piece is tailored comfortably and beautifully to you.
During fittings, we work closely with you to accommodate fit adjustments and ensure you feel confident and comfortable in your custom piece.
Please note that while fit-related refinements can be made during this stage, major design changes cannot be accommodated once production has begun.
Once finalized, your garment is carefully finished, refined, and prepared for collection.
